What is Prana Power Yoga and what are its benefits?

‘Prana’ is a Sanskrit word that means ‘Life Source’. Prana power yoga is the practice of improving the well being of individuals through the means of enlivening the life force within the individual. This type corepower yoga is not to be confused with spiritual discourses or seminars; this involves complete regimens of physical exercises that improve the state of every part of the body. Intellectual stimulation is inbuilt into this regimen and is a wholesome experience and not isolated. Prana power yoga exercises also include many sessions of meditations that allow individuals to connect with their minds and thereby giving themselves a chance at enlivening their lives.
